HOSPICE PRINCE EDWARD Prince Edward County Memorial - Quinte Healthcare, 403 Main Street, Picton, ON K0K 2T0 Provides grief and bereavement support and pallative care to people with terminal illness and their families from birth to grave. Hospice also provides grief and loss counselling one on one or in support group setting. A very extensive resource library is also available. All services are free. |
