ACCESS CENTRE FOR HASTINGS & PRINCE EDWARD COUNTIES 966-3530 The Access Centre is the single point of access to all long-term care facilities. Anyone can make a request for services or assessment of: yourself, family members or someone who would benefit from the services. Also the Access Centre is the single point of access to all long term care facilities and the only way to find accommodation in Nursing Homes and Homes for the Aged. Services are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, coordinated and monitored by the Access Centre case managers and provided by a variety of agencies under contract with the Access Centre. Also provides ongoing individual and group counselling at the centre. An appointment is needed to receive individual counselling. |
