The Access Centre is the single point of access to all long-term care facilities. Anyone can make a request for services or assessment of: yourself, family members or someone who would benefit from the services. Also the Access Centre is the single point of access to all long term care facilities and the only way to find accommodation in Nursing Homes and Homes for the Aged.

Services are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, coordinated and monitored by the Access Centre case managers and provided by a variety of agencies under contract with the Access Centre.

Help people who have long-term physical disabilities get needed equipment and supplies. In some cases, ADP pays up to 75 per cent of the cost of the items like orthopaedic braces, wheelchairs, hearing aids, and breathing aids.
